Hawaiian Carrot Pineapple Cake

Ingredients:

2 cups all-purpose flour1 cup granulated sugar1 teaspoon baking powder1 teaspoon baking soda1/2 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon ground cinnamon1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg1/2 teaspoon ground ginger1 cup vegetable oil4 large eggs2 cups grated carrots1 cup crushed pineapple, drained1 teaspoon vanilla extract1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)Cream cheese frostingDirections:Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
