skinless chicken breasts

Ingredients (Serves 4)

 

2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into chunks

 

1 teaspoon garlic powder

 

1 teaspoon onion powder

 

1 teaspoon paprika

 

1 teaspoon dried oregano or Italian seasoning

 

1/2 teaspoon salt

 

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

 

1/4 cup chicken broth (optional, keeps chicken juicy)

 

Optional: 1–2 tablespoons olive oil for extra richness

 

Instructions

 

Prep Chicken: Cut chicken into bite-sized chunks and place in the crockpot.

 

Season: Sprinkle all the spices evenly over the chicken. If using olive oil, drizzle over for extra flavor.

 

Add Liquid (Optional): Pour chicken broth over the top to keep the chicken moist.

 

Cook: Cover and cook on low for 4–5 hours or on high for 2–3 hours, until chicken is fully cooked and tender.

 

Serve: Stir gently and serve over rice, pasta, or with roasted vegetables.

 

Optional tips:

 

Add chopped bell peppers or onions for extra flavor.

 

Finish with a squeeze of lemon juice or fresh parsley before serving to brighten it up.
