Here’s a simple recipe for the Blueberry Yogurt Parfait

Ingredients (serves 1)

 

– 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

 

– 1/4 cup granola (your choice)

 

– 1/2 cup fresh blueberries (plus extra for topping)

 

– 2 tbsp blueberry compote or jam (optional, for swirl)

 

– 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)

 

Instructions

 

1. *Layer the base*: In a glass jar or bowl, add a thin layer of granola at the bottom.

 

2. *Add fruit*: Spoon a layer of blueberries (and a little compote if using) over the granola.

 

3. *Yogurt layer*: Add a thick layer of Greek yogurt on top.

 

4. *Repeat*: Add another granola layer, then more blueberries and compote.

 

5. *Finish*: Top with fresh blueberries and drizzle honey if desired.

 

6. Serve immediately or chill for 10 min for a firmer texture
