Grits and Eggs 🥓 Ingredients (Serves 2)* 1 cup grits (quick or stone-ground)* 4 cups water (or a mix of water and milk for creamier texture)* 1/2 teaspoon salt* 2 tablespoons butter* 1/2 cup shredded cheese (optional, like cheddar)* 4 eggs* 4 slices bacon* 2 slices bread (for toast)* Salt and black pepper to taste* Optional: chopped green onions for garnish⸻🍳 Instructions1. Cook the Grits1. Bring water and salt to a boil in a saucepan.2. Slowly whisk in the grits.3.
