You can use a bread machine with this recipe if you have one, but you may need to cut the recipe in half (to make one loaf), depending on the capacity of your machines.

Put the flour, dry yeast and salt in a bowl and mix well

Cover the dough and let rise for an hour

Place the dough in a hot Dutch oven, cover and cook at 250°C/480°F for 30 minutes.
