Oatmeal, apple and carrots! I don’t eat any sugar at all! No flour

Ingredients:
2 cups (200g) rolled oats, chopped in a blender
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup (240 ml) unsweetened almond milk (or any low-point milk of your choice)
1 medium carrot, grated
9 dried apricots, rinsed with hot water and chopped
4 tablespoons raisins, rinsed with hot water
1 medium apple, grated

Instructions:

Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper.

Mix the Ingredients:
In a large bowl, combine the chopped oats and baking powder.
Add the almond milk, grated carrot, grated apple, chopped dried apricots, and raisins. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.

Bake:
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden and the mixture is set.

Serve:
Allow it to cool slightly before cutting into squares or slices.

Points Information:
Oats: 2 cups = 8 WW Points (assuming 4 points per cup of oats)
Unsweetened Almond Milk: 1 cup = 1 WW Point
Carrot, Apple, Dried Apricots, and Raisins: These fruits and vegetables are typically 0 points in moderation on the WW plan.

Total Points: Approximately 9 WW Points for the entire recipe. Divide into 9 squares for 1point for each.
