Ingredients:
4 boneless chicken breasts
2 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp honey
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 garlic cloves, minced
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:
Heat olive oil in a skillet.
Add chicken, season with salt & pepper, and cook until golden.
In a small bowl, whisk honey, lemon juice, and garlic.
Pour sauce over chicken, simmer for 5 minutes.
Serve warm with rice or veggies.
