🍰 Super Soft Moist Butter Cake

 

Ingredients:

• 100 gm butter (softened)

• ½ cup powdered sugar

• 3 eggs

• 1 cup all-purpose flour

• 2 tbsp milk powder

• 1 tbsp corn flour

• 1 tsp baking powder

• ½ tsp vanilla essence

• 2 tbsp milk

 

Method:

1. Preheat oven to 170°C, grease & line cake tin.

2. Beat butter + sugar until fluffy.

3. Add eggs one by one, mix in vanilla.

4. Sift flour, milk powder, corn flour & baking powder, fold in.

5. Add milk, mix to smooth batter.

6. Bake 35–40 mins until skewer comes out clean.

7. Cool, slice & enjoy!
