- 10 egg roll or lumpia wrappers
- 10 slices of ham (or deli ham)
- 10 slices of cheese (mozzarella, cheddar, or Swiss)
- 1 beaten egg (for sealing)
- Oil (for frying)

- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Chopped green onions or parsley

Instructions:

- Prepare the Filling:
- Lay one egg roll wrapper flat (corner pointing toward you like a diamond).
- Place a slice of ham and a slice of cheese in the center.
- Wrap It Up:
- Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold in the sides.
- Brush the top corner with a bit of beaten egg and roll tightly to seal.
- Heat the Oil:
- Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat (about 350°F / 175°C).
- Fry Until Golden:
- Fry the rolls for 2–3 minutes on each side or until golden brown and crisp.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Make the Dipping Sauce:
- Mix soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, sesame oil, and green onions in a small bowl.
- Serve:
- Sprinkle a bit of parsley (optional) and serve hot with the dipping sauce.
