🥔🧀 Crispy Cheesy Bacon Potato Rounds
A simple, irresistible appetizer or side dish—crispy potato slices topped with melted cheese and crunchy bacon!
🛒 Ingredients
3–4 medium potatoes (Russet or Yukon Gold)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
6–8 slices bacon (cooked and crumbled)
2–3 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika (optional)
Salt & black pepper (to taste)
Optional: chopped parsley or green onions
👩🍳 Instructions
1. Prep the potatoes
Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F)
Slice potatoes into thick rounds (about 1–1.5 cm)
Pat them dry with paper towels
2. Season & bake
Place slices on a lined baking tray
Brush with olive oil
Sprinkle salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika
Bake for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway
3. Add toppings
Remove from oven
Top each slice with shredded cheese and bacon
4. Final bake
Return to oven for 5–8 minutes until cheese melts and bubbles
5. Serve
Garnish with parsley or green onions
