Ingredients:
1/2 lb (227g) lean ground beef
1/2 cup cooked rice (brown or white)
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup diced pickles
1/4 cup diced tomatoes
1/4 cup chopped lettuce
2 tbsp Big Mac-style sauce (you can use a healthier homemade version or store-bought)
1 tbsp chopped green onions (optional)
Instructions:
