Brie & Blackberry Jam Grilled Cheese in 15 Minutes

Ingredients

 

2 slices of bread (preferably a crusty bread)

1/2 cup Brie cheese, sliced

2 tablespoons blackberry jam

1 tablespoon butter

Fresh thyme leaves (optional)

Instructions

 

Butter the bread: Butter one side of each slice of bread.

Assemble the sandwich: Place one slice of bread, butter side down, in a skillet. Top with Brie cheese, blackberry jam, and fresh thyme leaves (if using).

Add the top slice: Place the second slice of bread, butter side up, on top of the filling.

Grill the sandwich: Cook over medium heat for 2-3 minutes or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted. Flip and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

Serve: Serve immediately and enjoy!

Use a good bread: A crusty bread like baguette or ciabatta works well for this recipe.
