Ingredients
1 medium head of cabbage, chopped
1–2 onions, sliced
2–3 cloves garlic (optional)
1–2 tablespoons olive oil
4–6 cups vegetable or chicken broth
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
Prepare the vegetables: Wash and chop the cabbage and onions. Mince the garlic if using.
Sauté aromatics: In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté onions and garlic until fragrant and soft.
Add cabbage: Stir in the chopped cabbage and cook for 2–3 minutes until slightly wilted.
Add broth: Pour in the broth to cover the vegetables. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer.
