Cranberry Brie Bites

Ingredients:

1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
8 oz (225g) Brie cheese, cut into small cubes
1/2 cup cranberry sauce (homemade or store-bought)
Fresh rosemary leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a lightly floured surface. Cut the pastry into squares or circles using a cookie cutter or knife.
Place the pastry squares on the prepared baking sheet.
Place a cube of Brie cheese in the center of each pastry square.
Top each Brie cube with a small spoonful of cranberry sauce.
Fold the corners of the pastry squares over the Brie and cranberry filling, creating little bundles.
Brush the tops of the pastry with beaten egg for a golden finish (optional).
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown and puffed.
Remove from the oven and let the cranberry Brie bites cool for a few minutes.
Garnish with fresh rosemary leaves, if desired, before serving.

Time:Preparation: 15 minutes, Baking: 15-18 minutes, Total: Approximately 30-33 minutes.
