🧾 Ingredients

 

250 g pasta (spaghetti, fettuccine, or linguine)

200 g mushrooms, sliced (button or cremini)

2 cups fresh spinach

2 tbsp butter or olive oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup cooking cream (or heavy cream)

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Salt, to taste

Black pepper, to taste

Optional: pinch of nutmeg or chili flakes

Cook the pasta

Boil pasta in salted water until al dente. Reserve ½ cup pasta water, then drain.

Sauté mushrooms

In a large pan, melt butter (or heat olive oil). Add mushrooms and cook over medium heat until golden and soft.

Add garlic & spinach

Stir in garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Add spinach and cook until wilted.

Make it creamy

Pour in the cream, season with salt and pepper, and let simmer 2–3 minutes.

Add Parmesan and stir until smooth.

Combine

Add pasta to the sauce. Toss well, adding a little pasta water if needed for silkiness.
