- 1 slice of bread
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon of olive oil or a knob of butter (optional)

Instructions
- Prepare the bread
- Take a slice of bread and make a small hole in the center using a cookie cutter or a glass.
- Prepare the air fryer
- Preheat your air fryer to 180°C (350°F) for 2 minutes.
- Assemble the toast
- Place the slice of bread in the air fryer basket.
- Lightly brush the bread with olive oil or butter to make it crispy (optional).
- Crack the egg and gently pour it into the hole in the bread. Season with salt and pepper.
- Cook
- Cook in the air fryer for 6 to 8 minutes, depending on the desired consistency of the yolk (barely runny or well cooked).
- Serve
- Remove the toast from the fryer with a spatula. Add your choice of toppings such as avocado slices, grated cheese, or fresh herbs.
- Serve immediately.
