Ingredients
1 cup (225 g) unsalted butter, softened
1 cup (200 g) granulated sugar
4 large eggs, room temperature
2 cups (250 g) all-purpose flour
1 ½ tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
¼ cup (60 ml) whole milk

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour mini loaf pans or a muffin tin.
Cream the butter and sugar together in a large bowl until light and fluffy.
Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
Whisk dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, and salt) in a separate bowl.
Alternate mixing the dry ingredients with the milk into the butter mixture, starting and ending with the flour. Mix until just combined.
Spoon batter into prepared pans, filling each about ⅔ full.
Bake for 18–22 minutes (mini loaves) or 15–18 minutes (muffin-sized), until golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
