Ingredients for the Bread:
4 cups (480g) all-purpose flour
1 cup (220g) plain yogurt
1 cup (200ml) water
1 packet (10g) baking powder
1 tsp (8g) salt
1 tbsp (10ml) vegetable oil
Instructions:
Prepare the Dough:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt. Add the yogurt, water, and vegetable oil. Mix everything together until a soft dough forms. If the dough is too sticky, add a little more flour until it’s easy to handle.
Knead the Dough:
On a lightly floured surface, knead the dough for about 3-4 minutes, or until it becomes smooth and elastic. Once ready, cover it with a clean cloth and let it rest for about 5 minutes.
Roll the Dough:
Divide the dough into small balls, depending on how large you want your flatbreads. Roll each ball into a thin circle (about 6 inches in diameter) using a rolling pin.
Cook the Flatbread:
Heat a non-stick pan or griddle over medium heat. Place the rolled-out dough onto the pan and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side, until the bread has golden brown spots and bubbles form. Repeat the process with the remaining dough balls.
Serve & Enjoy:
Once cooked, brush each flatbread with a little melted butter or oil for added flavor. Serve warm and enjoy!
Serving Notes:
Perfect for Any Meal: This quick and soft flatbread is great as a side dish for curries, stews, or even as a wrap for sandwiches.
Customization Tip: You can add herbs like garlic, rosemary, or thyme to the dough for extra flavor, or sprinkle some cheese inside before rolling for a cheesy treat.

This is the tastiest, quickest bread you can make in under 10 minutes, without the need for an oven! It’s soft, fluffy, and so easy – perfect for beginners or anyone in a rush.
