Refreshing Celery Detox Drink

This fresh green drink is light, refreshing, and packed with nutrients that support hydration and overall wellness.

 

✅ Note: Celery doesn’t “cleanse” organs directly — your liver and kidneys already do that naturally. But this drink can support hydration and digestion as part of a healthy lifestyle.

 

📝 Ingredients

 

4–5 fresh celery stalks

1 handful fresh parsley (optional)

Juice of 1 lime (or lemon)

1 cup cold water

½ green apple (optional for sweetness)

Ice cubes (optional)

👩‍🍳 Instructions

 

Wash celery and parsley well.

Chop into small pieces.

Add to blender with water and lime juice.

Blend until smooth (1–2 minutes).

Strain if you prefer a smoother juice, or drink as is for more fiber.

Serve fresh over ice.
